IR35 and Off-Payroll Book

IR35 and Off-Payroll Book

A lot has happened in IR35 and employment status since Kye Burchmore wrote the Off-payroll Working Handbook for Bloomsbury in 2021. As a result, Bloomsbury Professional asked Kye to provide their library with a more up to date book for their readers to which he duly obliged.

IR35 and Off-Payroll working has therefore been released as of May 2025 providing the reader with all the up to date case law, legislation and analysis. Its chapters include Employment Status, Agency Legislation, Managed Service Company legislation and the now even more complicated, IR35!

Kye has been working with Bloomsbury Professional for a number of years now since originally updating chapters in the Tax Planning series of books. If Bloomsbury sounds familiar, they published the Harry Potter books. This tax book is less fantasy, broomsticks and wizards, and more tax, national insurance and HMRC, but nonetheless, it is full of tips and tricks to help you understand these areas of tax.

Every time Kye writes a book or updates it, it gets dedicated to someone who is sadly no longer with us. This time is no different and he dedicated this one to a dear friend, Jay whose soul was just to beautiful for this world.
